Your order is not accepted until Ichigo Ichie confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Ichigo Ichie may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL Ichigo Ichie, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ichigo Ichie, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal and state or territorial courts in the jurisdiction where Ichigo Ichie is headquartered. You and Ichigo Ichie consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

General Terms and Conditions of Use

Article 2 — Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “GTCU”) govern access to the Centre Ichigo Ichie website and all services offered, including individual therapeutic consultations, Health Journey packages, workshops, training sessions, and any other service booked through the site.

By accessing the site, making a booking, or purchasing a service, you unconditionally accept these GTCU and the centre’s Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

These GTCU apply to any adult individual residing or located in Switzerland or abroad, acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party for whom they are legally responsible.

Article 3 — Nature of services

3.1 Individual therapeutic consultations

Centre Ichigo Ichie offers consultations with independent therapists specialising in Traditional Chinese Medicine, sophrology, hypnotherapy, nutrition, psychotherapy (Vittoz method), homeopathy, naturopathy, and other integrative health disciplines.

Important: each therapist practises independently and is solely responsible for their own professional practice, therapeutic acts, and compliance with the legal and ethical obligations specific to their discipline. Ichigo Ichie Santé & Conseil Sàrl cannot be held liable for the acts or omissions of partner therapists.

3.2 Health Journey packages

Health Journey packages are coordinated programmes involving several centre therapists working collaboratively around a specific health concern (women’s health, stress and burnout management, sleep and recovery, weight balance, pain management, men’s health). The terms and content of each Journey are defined at the initial consultation.

3.3 Workshops and training sessions

Centre Ichigo Ichie organises themed workshops and training sessions related to integrative health (Qi Gong, nutrition, Kobido, fermented beverages, etc.). These events are offered for educational and wellness purposes; they do not constitute therapeutic consultations.

3.4 Limitations

The services of Centre Ichigo Ichie are part of a complementary and integrative approach. They do not in any way replace a medical diagnosis, a physician-prescribed treatment, or psychiatric or emergency care. If you have any doubt about your state of health, please consult a doctor.

Article 4 — Booking and contract formation

Bookings may be made via the centre’s website, by email at contact@ichigo-ichie.ch, or through any other means made available. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from the centre or the relevant therapist.

By making a booking, you certify that you are of legal age, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are acting on your own behalf or on behalf of a third party for whom you are legally responsible.

The service contract is deemed concluded on the date of booking confirmation.

Article 5 — Pricing and payment

The applicable prices are those displayed on the site at the time of booking. Centre Ichigo Ichie reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; changes do not apply to already confirmed bookings.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Centre Ichigo Ichie is not subject to VAT within the meaning of Art. 10 MWSTG/LTVA.

Accepted payment methods are specified on the site or communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Article 6 — Cancellation and refund policy

6.1 Individual consultations

Cancellations of individual consultations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: full refund, no justification required.

• Cancellation more than 24 hours after booking and at least 24 hours before the consultation: credit note valid for 6 months on any service at the centre, or rescheduling to a date agreed with the therapist.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the consultation: no refund, no credit note, except in cases of force majeure duly evidenced (medical certificate).

• No-show without prior notification: no refund.

6.2 Workshops and training sessions

Workshops and training sessions involve fixed preparation and organisational costs that are independent of attendance numbers. The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: full refund or transfer to another workshop.

• Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the event: credit note valid for 6 months on any workshop or consultation at the centre. No cash refund.

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event: no refund, no credit note, except in cases of force majeure duly evidenced (medical certificate).

• No-show without prior notification: no refund.

• Place transfer: it is possible to transfer a place to a third party up to 24 hours before the event, subject to written notification to the centre.

6.3 Health Journey packages

Cancellation terms for Health Journey packages are defined individually at the time of signing the care agreement, taking into account the nature and duration of the programme subscribed to.

6.4 Cancellation by the Centre

Centre Ichigo Ichie reserves the right to cancel or postpone a service in the event of force majeure, unexpected therapist unavailability, or any other legitimate reason. In the event of cancellation by the centre, a full refund will be offered, or a rescheduling to a mutually agreed date.

Article 7 — Personal data protection (FADP)

Ichigo Ichie Santé & Conseil Sàrl processes your personal data in strict compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, RS 235.1) and its implementing ordinances.

Article 8 — Professional secrecy

All therapists practising at Centre Ichigo Ichie are bound by professional secrecy in accordance with the legal provisions applicable to their respective discipline. Medical and personal information shared during consultations is only disclosed to third parties with your explicit consent, or in cases provided for by law.

As part of the inter-practitioner coordination that is central to the Centre Ichigo Ichie model, information may be shared between therapists in your interest, subject to your prior agreement.

Article 9 — Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, visuals, logos, structure, the Ichigo Ichie brand) is the exclusive property of Ichigo Ichie Santé & Conseil Sàrl or its partners. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
