Michelle Chérancé
Founder of Centre Ichigo Ichie, practitioner in Traditional Chinese Medicine: acupuncture, TuiNa, Specialised in chrononutrition, chronobiology and micro-immunotherapy ASCA certified. RME recognition from end of September 2026.
Ichigo Ichie exists because of a conviction Michelle has carried through her entire career: no single approach holds all the answers, but together, the right approaches can change everything.
Michelle is a practitioner in Traditional Chinese Medicine, trained in acupuncture, TuiNa massage and Japanese facial massage. But her path did not start in a treatment room. She spent over ten years in business development and strategy before dedicating herself to health, and that journey shaped her way of practising: structured, goal-oriented, always looking at the whole system rather than a single symptom.
That is also why she never stopped training. Convinced that Chinese medicine reveals its full power when it dialogues with other disciplines, she added micro-immunotherapy to work on immune balance, and chronobiology and chrononutrition to align nutrition and lifestyle with the body's natural rhythms. Chinese medicine has always known that timing matters, that the body follows cycles, that the same food or treatment does not have the same effect at every hour. Modern chronobiology now confirms it. Michelle practises at the meeting point of the two.
Founding an integrative centre was the natural conclusion: a place where practitioners genuinely work together, review cases together, and build care pathways together. Ichigo Ichie is that conviction made real.
Her approaches
Acupuncture is the heart of her practice. By stimulating precise points along the body's meridians, acupuncture helps regulate pain, stress, sleep, digestion, hormonal balance and much more. Michelle's practice covers chronic conditions, musculoskeletal pain, women's health, and digestive and emotional troubles.
TuiNa massage is the manual therapy of Chinese medicine: a dynamic, targeted massage working on muscles, joints and meridians to release tension and restore the free flow of energy.
Chinese dietetics and chrononutrition treat food as your first medicine, twice over. Chinese dietetics identifies which foods support your particular constitution and condition. Chrononutrition determines when to eat them, aligning meals with your biological clock to improve energy, weight balance, digestion and sleep. Together they turn every meal into part of your treatment.
Micro-immunotherapy extends her work to the immune system, using low-dose immune messengers to help rebalance immunity destabilised by persistent infections, chronic inflammation or stress. It is a natural bridge between her Chinese medicine practice and the naturopathic expertise within our team.
Kobido facial massage is the treatment Michelle loves most for a reason that might surprise you. This ancestral Japanese technique is famous for its lifting effect, and yes, your skin will thank you. But what makes Michelle passionate about it is what happens deeper: Kobido works on the many acupuncture points and nerve endings of the face, releasing the tension we accumulate there without noticing. Sessions have a remarkable calming effect on anxiety, mental load and stress. Many patients describe it as the deepest letting-go they have ever experienced. The glow is a bonus. The peace is the point.
What makes her approach different
Ancient wisdom, structured method. Michelle combines the diagnostic depth of Chinese medicine with the rigour of her strategic background: clear objectives, a defined plan, measurable progress. You always know where you are going and why.
Time as a therapeutic tool. Her training in chronobiology adds a dimension few practitioners offer: not only what treatment or food your body needs, but when it will work best.
Body and mind, always together. From acupuncture to Kobido, her treatments address emotional balance and physical health as one, because in Chinese medicine they were never separate to begin with.
A team builder by nature. As founder of the centre, Michelle designed the integrative pathways and the collective case reviews that make Ichigo Ichie different. When you consult her, you enter a system built to make every discipline in the centre work for you.

Part of a team that talks to each other
At Centre Ichigo Ichie, Michelle practises what she designed. Within our integrative health pathways, her Chinese medicine complements sophrology and hypnotherapy, somatic therapy, kinesiology, naturopathy and therapeutic massage. The team meets regularly to review pathways together, so each practitioner knows where you are in your journey.
If pain shows up with poor sleep, digestive troubles and anxiety all at once, you will not have to explain your story five times. We already share it. That is what integrative care means to us.
