Sleep sits at the intersection of neurology, hormones, gut health, emotional regulation, and daily rhythm. No single discipline can address all of it. Our five practitioners map your specific sleep profile together before your first session and design a pathway that targets every layer.

  • Sophrologie & hypnotherapy are among the most clinically effective tools for insomnia. Caroline works directly on sleep onset, nocturnal anxiety, and the conditioned fear of not sleeping building a personalised bedtime protocol you can use independently from session one
  • Somatic therapy (Vittoz method) addresses the body's inability to truly rest, particularly when sleep disruption is linked to unresolved tension, hypervigilance, or a nervous system that never fully downregulates

What you receive 5 personalised sessions of 60 to 75 minutes, carefully sequenced around your needs. A full collective case review by the team before you begin. A written personalised report at the end, including your personalised sleep protocol, shareable with your GP.
