What you will learn and make Introduction to Chinese dietetics, the 5 flavours, thermal nature of foods, and the main TCM terrain types. Identification of your own energetic profile through a simplified questionnaire. Composition of your personalised gyoza recipe, ingredients chosen for their energetic properties. Hands-on folding, shaping, and dough technique. Traditional steam-pan cooking and collective tasting with commentary on ingredient combinations and effects felt.
You leave with your own handmade gyoza, a personalised terrain summary sheet, your ally foods list, and the foundations of Chinese dietetics applied to everyday cooking.
