Conscious Read-Aloud : A Vittoz tool
14h00-16h00 · 120 min · 55 CHF Led by Véronica Gaskell · Max 6 participants · Open from age 14
Your voice carries who you are. Reading aloud is a deceptively simple act and a profoundly therapeutic one.
This workshop combines conscious read-aloud practice with the Vittoz method, a psychosensory approach clinically recognised for stress management, attention training, and rebuilding self-esteem. Together they create a gentle but powerful space to reconnect with your presence, your voice, and your sense of self.
Who this is for Anyone navigating self-doubt, lack of confidence, mental dispersion, or a need for inner grounding. Teenagers and adults welcome. No reading level required. Just showing up.
What you will work on Sensory grounding and body presence before speaking. Voluntary attention and focus learning to choose where your mind goes, without force. Self-confidence through conscious, judgement-free practice. Emotional regulation through breathing, Vittoz transmissions, and shared sensory feedback.
No performance. No judgement. Just you, your voice, and the present moment.
